COMMUNITY FESTIVALS

Festivals that bring live music and entertainment to town. Come experience River Falls Days, Bacon Bash and the Bluegrass, Bourbon & Blues Festival should definitely be put on your “bucket” list. The bustling University of Wisconsin-River Falls campus also offers an abundance of cultural events including concerts, lectures, fine art exhibits, and plays presented by its theatrical group. The lighted, stadium-style ballpark features a covered grandstand and seating for around 300 spectators. Located near Hoffman Park, this community-owned ballpark is an example of the premise that where great people reside, dreams become a reality.

River Falls Days

Save the Date! July 10-13, 2025

Each year, River Falls Days is held in Heritage Park on the banks of the scenic Kinnickinnic River. This family-friendly event kicks off Thursday night, includes a Friday evening parade, Kids Fun Run, live music, food vendors, kids’ activities, Sunday fireworks and much, more! This tradition is a great event to
celebrate our city.

Bluegrass, Bourbon & Brews Festival

The Bluegrass, Bourbon & Brews Festival is a three-day musical festival located in the heart of downtown River Falls, Wisconsin. Enjoy the character of the historic Main Street as you move from venue to venue to experience both regional and local bluegrass music all weekend long.

Bacon Bash

September 27-28, 2024

Bacon Bash celebrates all things bacon, complete with a variety of activities where young and old are invited to taste bacon-inspired dishes and partake in pig-themed activities including eating contests, live music, and much more! “Foodies” who attend enjoy purchasing, tasting, and sharing bacon inspired dishes from as many vendors as possible to fully experience the event.

River Dazzle

November 29, 2024

River Dazzle our annual kick-off to the holidays celebration and is always held on the Friday after Thanksgiving. The festivities include Mr. and Mrs. Claus, costumed carolers, a chili crawl, a lighted parade, and other fantastic downtown activities. The trees are lit and holiday spirit is in the air! This is a wonderful time to start local holiday shopping as you enjoy walking downtown!
